I was impressed with your thoroughness, professionalism, and your interaction with me. Often, the importance of that interaction is overlooked by many in the medical and allied services fields.  I felt well informed by you and was able to relax as our time together unfolded.  It was a pleasant experience.

My takeout is that there are medium hearing issues around my right ear and marginal issues around my left ear. As we agreed , it’s probably better to go forward with hearing aids for both ears, given my age etc.  I’m entirely comfortable with that agreed outcome.
