After pinpointing your unique needs we’ll work with you to decide what happens next. With your budget in mind, we’ll offer impartial advice about your options. There’s never any pressure. What’s right for you won’t be right for someone else and we are all about getting it right.
Hearing aid optimisation
There’s nothing more frustrating than a good hearing aid that isn’t doing its job properly. If you’ve had one fitted somewhere else and it’s not up to scratch, why not come and see us and we can figure out the problem to get it tuned up and working perfectly. We deal with all the brands out there, just give us a call to get yourself booked in.
Wax removal
We all have earwax, it’s the very natural and important way ears protect themselves. But if wax builds up and gets compacted, it can cause issues with hearing. Don’t worry, there’s an easy solution. Our earwax removal service uses either micro-suction or irrigation to safely and hygienically remove wax build up.
Impartial advice
Sometimes we all need a second opinion. Particularly when it comes to important decisions about our health. We are more than happy to offer friendly, impartial advice whether that’s before you see another specialist or after you’ve had a test done at another centre.
Service package
With every hearing aid that is purchased, we include a 1 year service package where the cost of all appointments (typically every six months) and any wax removal requirements are covered.
Extended warranty
All hearing aids are provided with at least a 3 year manufacturers warranty.
